There is nothing more quintessential to Mexican cuisine than a good corn tortilla and to prove it, Mexicans eat an average of 600 thousand tons of them every day! Corn tortillas are not only delicious, they’re Coeliac friendly, low in fat and super versatile.In this workshop, we’ll show you to make yours from scratch and to turn them into gorgeous tacos for quick dinners and party food. We’ll demo three taco fillings and salsa from scratch and then we’ll teach you to make your own corn tortillas from scratch in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere finishing off with a taco lunch with all the food we made during the class!
